The earlier we become involved in the construction or renovation project the better the end result will be and the more money your ministry will save. While we can certainly measure a completed room, devise solutions for the acoustics, and design an audio system; there is no question you could have had better results had we been asked to work on the project from the very beginning, even before the architect was hired. Whether you have an existing facility or you are building a new facility we use the following process for each project. The Four Phase Process 1st Phase - Orientation Phase: We meet with you in person onsite. This visit is typically 3-5 days depending on the size of your facility. We spend time learning what your project needs are. Take the required measurements Formulate a roadmap to follow. 2nd Phase - Specification Phase: We layout the detailed plans for the designs worked out in the Orientation Phase This includes further details for the acoustical solutions, sound system design 3rd Phase - Implementation Phase: We support the work being done from our offices, in person (on-site), or both This includes making decisions as questions arise Complete further design elements if required 4th Phase - Completion Phase: The room and audio system is tested and tuned Basic training may also be included
